Just had the best few days staying with Tracey and Ian. By far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Delicious breakfasts, with so much choice. The rooms have everything you could possibly need, Wonderful, spotless, roomy hot shower. Location ideal, just away from any hustle and bustle yet close enough to easily walk to all the main attractions. Can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you both for looking after us so well.

Beautifully appointed guest house, centrally located just a10min walk from the tower or the south pier. Tracey and Ian are welcoming friendly and available if needed. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and a lovely choice of fruits yoghurt cereal and juices too.I Would certainly recommend and will stay again if in Blackpool .10/10

Lovely hosts, very comfortable bedroom with everything you need, plus a guest lounge if you would like somewhere to relax outside of your room. A delicious breakfast and a unlimited supply of tea and coffee in your room What more could you want? Would highly recommend

What a fantastic place. Ian and Tracy were perfect hosts. Attentive and nothing too much trouble. The whole accommodation was well presented, fresh feeling, very clean and tastefully decorated. We tried both the full English breakfast and pancakes and both were prepared to perfection. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
