Fantastic Value and Warm Hospitality We were really impressed with this hotel—great value for the price! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, TV, and even a tea tray which was a lovely touch. The bar area was a nice place to unwind, and the pool table added a bit of fun to the evenings. It's also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we return to Blackpool.

Great location behind the main shopping center. Rooms very dated and basic. Kettle lead wasn't long enough to reach the plugs. Bloke on reception wasn't very helpful at all. Grabbed hold of the hand rail on the way in off the street and came off in my hand. Pleased we was there for one night. The price was way over the top for what it was.

Me and my friend came and visited from Manchester. Man on the reception very helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We had to big comfy pillows each. The tv was broke, floor had a piece missing and the tap was leaking however I am aware that it’s under refurbishment and it didn’t make it a bad stay. It’s a great price and we would definitely stay again.

We had been messed about by another b&but and booked last minute not knowing what to expect. The man on reception was very welcoming and accommodating. We did have an issue but was very quickly resolved with no issue. The rooms are a good size and fit for what we needed. The added bonus of the bar/pool table being open until just before check out meant I can not comment on how comfortable the beds were. Overall good location, good service and good value for what you pay.
