About Sutton Park Guest House

Woodfield Road sits within easy reach of Blackpool's seafront, and Sutton Park Guest House makes the most of its position with sea views from parts of the property and a courtyard for sitting outside when the weather allows. It's an informal, unfussy base for exploring the town, with parking on site and easy access to the attractions along the coast.

Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available and drinks provided in-room, while free WiFi and 24 hour reception cover the practical side of a stay. Breakfast is served each morning, and the on-site bar doubles as a laid-back lounge, a spot to unwind after a day out rather than a formal dining room. Luggage storage is available for those arriving early or leaving late, and pets are welcome.

Beyond the guest house, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and watersports for the more active, alongside walking and cycling routes for a slower pace. Pubs, bars and restaurants are all within reach nearby, along with entertainment options, making it a straightforward base for a Blackpool break without needing to travel far for the essentials.

Outstanding visit as always. Stuart and Gill are great hosts from booking the stay, right through to the very end. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we feel like family every time we go. Breakfast was superb. I love the little changes you have made. We cannot wait to return again. Thank you.

Lovely B&B, rooms were clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great, with a good choice and catering for veggies/vegans (on request for veggie sausages/bacon/Black pudding). We booked in large part because of the adjoining kids bunk bed room attached to the bedroom, so we could stay up and read/watch TV while the kids slept - a perfect arrangement! Great location, right in between the Pleasure Beach/ Sandcastles and the Tower/ Blackpool centre. Also a 1 min walk from the seafront and a tram stop. The owners, and their dogs, were lovely too!

Lovely B&B in a great location. Very friendly host that was more than happy to help. Loads of wonderful little touches in the room like proper fresh milk for hot drinks and blister plasters for long days walking along the prom! We were really impressed given the cost of the room. Brilliant value for money. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to return.

We've just returned from a 1 night stay here with our little boy for the Christmas lights, we stayed in room 2, the beds were soooo comfortable I didn't want to leave! From the moment we arrived we was made to feel so welcome and at home, nothing is too much trouble and the b and b is beautiful. The room has everything you need and home comforts a fridge with fresh milk, fresh towels and soaps etc, even sanitary towels which shows no details spared. We will 1000% be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay. X
