Second time visiting this lovely place. Steve and Elaine are the most welcoming people. Had a chilled out weekend in the lovely room 7...bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up 😁 Stayed in room 8 previously and both rooms are immaculate with everything you would ever need. Breakfast is one of the best full English I have ever had...cooked to perfection by Elaine and served in style by Steve. Will definitely be returning to this quirky boutique style b & b very soon. The best place to stay in Blackpool.

Steve and Elaine are so friendly, made you feel at home, breakfast was amazing, lots of choice from fruit, yogart, cereal and fantastic hot cooked choices. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything you need. Bed was very comfy and had fantastic sleep. Also had parking so dont need to worry about finding a space. Highly recommend and will definately be back next year

Lovely 1 night stay. Nice spacious clean room, en-suite, drinks facilities in room, tv etc. Nice lounge & bar area, & a really nice cooked breakfast. Friendly helpful owners and an excellent location close to the promenade, sea front & other blackpool attractions. Happy to recommend and would use again if I return to Blackpool in future.

We only stayed one night but wished we'd book for a couple of nights. Customer service outstanding Elaine and Steve welcomed us as if we were old friends. Rooms were clean with brilliant decor all done by Elaine. Breakfast was amazing lots of selection hot Breakfast was lovely only took 5 mins from ordering to being placed on the Table. Thanks Elain and Steve for a fantastic stay x
