Absolutely unreal, lady that runs it is wonderful and the rooms are exactly what you need for a little trip away! Close to countless bars and only a 10/15 walk from the train station! Stayed there for 3 years in a row and will most definitely be back!

Lovely little bed and breakfast. The room was very tidy and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It's a short 5 minute walk to the sea front and the attractions. We liked it so much we have booked again for later in the year.

Pros: Fab service can’t fault that at all. The lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options. Cons: Location. Great if you’re a hen or stag do but not child friendly at all. There were yobs shouting and swearing outside at 3 in the morning for hours. Our child therefore kept waking and we all slept terribly. The hotel is close to a karaoke bar and bars which are full of drunks and the road had undesirable people which made us feel unsafe. Unfortunately due to this we wouldn’t stay again.

Bedroom had psychedelic sheet on wall was like someone's room random things on wall n psychedelic mat towels need fabric conditioner as hard. breakfast had hot plates must of been kept under lamp i got toast n breakfast was there already egg well cooked so solid hash brown wasn't sure how long this was kept warm managed toast n beans no one seem bothered not asked if everything was OK so this is a no return I went by reviews about rooms n breakfast not up to standard
