Absolutely amazing place to stay. We were there this weekend. The host December was so personable and nothing too much for her. Offered water and snacks not only on arrival bit during stay too. Very friendly. Housekeeping so polite and ensured we had everything we needed. Promenade short walk away. Arrived early and our room was ready. We would definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family

Amazing little hotel with outstanding owner! We book regularly here now. Rooms are clean, always crisps/bottled water and snacks free of charge, for the owner nothing is too much trouble! Our place to go everytime in Blackpool.

I was given a double room (room 1) and overall, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the wardrobe to store my clothes. There were good facilities for tea and coffee. The lounge was excellent with comfortable seating. The continental breakfast was great and the proprietors were always on hand to assist in our general needs. Nice little guest house and would recommend going here.

Stayed one night 3rd May 2025. Rooms a bit small and mine on 2nd floor not easy to climb all the stairs at my age! But lady owner/housekeeper was fantastic, couldn't do enough to help, gave me free water bottle on arrival etc. Location also very convenient. Would definetly go back as long as she is there!
