About The Hopton Hotel

The Hopton Hotel occupies a stretch of converted terraced houses at 3-7 Hopton Road, a few streets back from Blackpool's seafront and Pleasure Beach. The building's townhouse origins give it a homely, unfussy feel rather than the scale of a purpose-built hotel, and a chair lift is fitted for guests who need step-free access to upper floors.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family and accessible options are available alongside standard doubles. Guests are consistently positive about how clean the rooms and bathrooms are kept. Breakfast is included and known for generous portions and a good range of choices, and there's a bar on site for a drink in the evening, with drinks also available to order in your room. Staff are regularly described as friendly and willing to go out of their way to help.

Practical extras include free WiFi, luggage storage and packed lunches on request, plus on-site parking for a small charge - handy given the location's distance from the seafront. The surrounding area offers golf, fishing, watersports, cycling and walking routes, along with nearby pubs, restaurants and entertainment, making it a straightforward base for exploring Blackpool without spending heavily on extras.

Excellent hotel- bargain for the price paid. Rooms were spacey for three adults biscuits tea and coffee provided in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel has a Bar that is open most of the day. Breakfast is served everyday and was included in our price coffee, tea, toast full English, cereal and yoghurt provided. Stayed here as we attended the blackpool football tournament, and cant fault a single thing. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was lovley and so much choice. The bar area was great for the kids as it had a tv and pool table. And Sylvia and her staff couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely come and stay here again! HPK

Four of us stayed here for 3 nights across 3 rooms. Overall we all enjoyed our stay. The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good and they ask if you want extra so it can become a big breakfast. The prices are very reasonable. There is a bar area and they have their own car park. But we went on the coach so I can’t comment on that.

We would 100% stay here again. This is a very clean and friendly place to stay. Staff were happy, extremely pleasant, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic but very clean with everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and decent pillows. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant too. It was very near everything and the tram is only £10 for 2 people for the whole day.
