Fantastic location, close to Blackpool centre and tower. Ray was a very attentive host and made you feel like a guest and not a number. Breakfast was really good and included in price. Room will vary but comfortable and good for the cost. Will definitely be our place to stay for any future visits to Blackpool

Just stayed there for 2 days Friday till Sunday. What A joy the hotel was Ray the host was very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Rooms were spacious and clean .breakfast was ample cereals full english, tea ,coffee and fruit juice .Will definitely stay there again.
