Great weekend stay with our friends, hosts were amazing, very helpful and friendly! Rooms with an en-suite where very spacious on the 3rd floor and breakfast was spot on. It was good value for money purely because of the location, would 100% stay again :)

Beyond disappointed. First time taking my son to the illuminations. We had this hotel booked a while. My partner even rang to confirm 3 weeks prior to going. He's just been called the night before to say we no longer have a reservation because they've over booked. You've done nothing to help us. We are now panicking trying to book a hotel the night before we leave... you've tried to blame it on expedia when in fact it's your fault. You made the room over booked and because you don't want to pay a commission to them for the booking you've decided to cancel our room and take on another booking that you won't have to pay commission for. That's not good customer service. How can you think that's acceptable to do to a family the night before they come to you. Disgraceful
