Just returned from a 4 night stay. Hotel was nice and very close to central pier. Family room was spotless and my 2 young children loved the bunk beds. The owner Chris was friendly and really went out his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I very reluctantly give 1 star as a rating. It says recently referbished. WHERE. Sadly this place is Monumentally DIRTY. My room had black mould around the windows and the hand basin plug had ingraind dirt. The splash back had dirt and grime. The skirting board and dado rails were covered in black fluff and dirt. The mattress sheet had 2 brown stains and smelt damp. The shower and toilet continued in the same theme. It takes nothing to clean with simple soap bleach and water. Miss matched decor isn't a problem being clean is. It was not worth the £50 paid.

Disgusting hotel and disgusting customer service, extremely rude owners, to the extent that they went into our room whilst we were out, took photos, and then once we had packed and left, uploaded these pictures to Facebook claiming that is how we had left the room, despite there being obvious luggage in the photo, making it evident this is before we had packed up and left. She also was verbally abusive, both online and directly. Do not waste your money.
