Although I cannot comment on the rooms because I was moved to a neighboring hotel due to a technical issue at this property, I would still like to thank the staff for their outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and did their best to make up for the inconvenience at every step. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and is something I can highly recommend. The owner, as well as the lady serving breakfast, were warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome despite not being able to stay at the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the alternative hotel did not meet the same standards, but the team here handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and warm reception.

Me and my partner went it was realy good for prices breakfast was really nice just a bit early my partner had pot tea me pot of coffe plus fresh orange juice room was really nices couple that ran it were really polite double bed with two single beds alot room to move around cost us 60 pound a night realy clean through out the hotel love the dining room was lovely the Egyptian theme and I lovely tea sets sets out will defo go again we was dead center to town and the black pool strip plus two min walk from bus staion for for the coach black pool tower was about two or 3 building away me and my partner can be a bit OCD about how clean places are it was realy clean my first holiday in 5 years and staying there was great so thankyou to the couple that ran it

An excellent location in Blackpool within 4 minute walking distance to the Winter Gardens, and only a 12 minute walk to the Blackpool North train station. Excellent cooked breakfast with the best coffee. The service excellence of the kind and considerate owners make this establishment a return-to must, for future Blackpool visits.

Stayed a couple of time with family and as a couple, kept forgetting to review (tut tut), rooms cleaned every day, breakfast spot on, lovely family run hotel who are warm and friendly, Right near all amenities.. We are definitely staying again...
