What visitors say
Absolutely fabulous place for toddlers and older children. Lots of water slides for older children, there are height measurements in place for the various slides. Great area for toddlers, my granddaughter is 18 months old and loved it. Lots of slides and play things for them. You get 2 hours to spend there which is ample. Lifeguards are patrolling all the time. So scrupulously clean. From what I saw the staff are constantly cleaning the toilet and shower area. Great cafe, which you can use whilst in the waterpark (you need a bank card to pay for drinks or food, just be aware of that before putting everything in your locker) But you can go back to where the lockers are and then go back in. Great place to sit and watch whilst your family have fun. You can hire lockers by means of a wrist band that you wear and tap onto the locker to lock it, very secure way of keeping your belongings. The money is refundable for the locker wrist bands once you hand them back in. I would recommend this waterpark for all families. One thing to note it's a waterpark not a swimming baths. We had a great time and will definitely be returning with our other grandchildren. Shout out to all the people who work there, you're doing a great job.

I went with our ten and four year old daughter, the access was great, the lockers i love the system in place for that. My wife and our two year old were just not up for it so they stayed in the cafe area and the little play area for her kept her entertained for the hour whilst we had some fun in the waterpark. This is brill for all ages, fun is in abudance and we had so many laughs!

I have been visiting for years the autism session in the Waterpark is great my son is non verbal he loves it there , although its quite frustrating when he gets told to not use the small slides by staff when he has limited capacity. Visited the splash pad today with my younger son it was so good 👍 bless one of the lifeguard girls whistled for about 5 mins to try and stop a woman taking pictures of her kids but it is quite annoying that we're not allowed to take pictures of our kids while we're there. Also £3.95 for smallest scoop of bubble gum ice-cream was very disappointing. The place was clean and overall well run

Yesterday we had our daughter’s 7th birthday party at SC2 and it was fantastic- big shout out to our party host Josh who was extremely attentive and helpful the whole way through the session. All of the kids thoroughly enjoyed it and reported that it was the best party they had ever been to! We have been a few times over the years and it really is brilliant for kids. Very clean and lots of fun.
