What visitors say
I recently visited this cinema to watch the new Spiderman film, traveling from another area due to limited local availability on its release date. Upon entering the venue, the interior felt significantly outdated, appearing as though it has not undergone a refurbishment since it opened in the 1990s. While the queues for the food counter were long, this was expected given the film's popularity and it being the opening day. The staff were great and you could see they were doing their best to serve everyone as quickly as possible. We arrived approximately 25 minutes before the start time and after the long queues, just managed to be seated for the film's start time. However, it was distracting to see other people still entering the screen 15 minutes after the film had begun. While it is not the cinema's fault that people did not give themselves enough time, it was still slightly distracting. The screen layout featured basic seating, which was a surprise compared to the reclining seats now standard at many other cinemas.I also did not feel immersed in the film, the screen felt too far away. At one point, I am sure the speakers made a strange humming noise unrelated to the sound in the film (Screen 6 for reference). My partner also confirmed she heard the noise from the speakers, she mentioned it once the film had finished. While the staff's service was excellent, the overall facility feels behind the curve in terms of staying relevant and is likely a sign of Cineworld's recent struggles.

Huge screen and great audio. Really friendly staff, like all of them are so helpful. Slight issue with some other people in the theatre but the manager sorted it out. Thanks

We booked private screening for Moana yesterday what a fantastic place. We didn't even know this place was a thing. It was quiet calm clean and staff we're very helpful and adjusting for my daughters special needs. Fantastic place will definitely be back. Thank you for a really good experience 😃

Went to watch the new Baz Lurhman Elvis film EPIC. The film was amazing but it was spoiled by the atrocious sound quality in the cinema. Half the film was barely audible. I spoke to people on the way out and they all said the same - they couidnt hear it. I was so Disappointed. Imax is supposed to be a giant screen, giant sound experience and I though it was crap.
