Country lanes around the grounds suit walkers and cyclists, and the site's three lakes offer fishing opportunities (permit and Environment Agency licence required). Boston itself is seven miles north.

No. 6 Lake View Lodge is a ground-floor cabin sleeping six across three bedrooms: one double with ensuite shower, one double, and one twin. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. An open-plan living and dining area includes a Freeview TV and DVD player, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are covered. Outside, a paved terrace has garden furniture for sitting out. The property sits within nine acres of shared grounds and includes parking for three cars. One small pet is welcome, provided it stays on lead within the grounds. Smoking is not permitted.
