Bournemouth proper lies 1½ miles along the promenade—its pier, Oceanarium, gardens and BH2 leisure complex (cinema, VR, crazy golf) are all reachable on foot or by car. Drive south to Sandbanks for another beach, or north into Dorset's Jurassic Coast. Brownsea Island, a National Trust site where red squirrels live, is accessible by ferry from nearby.

Apartment 1 is a ground-floor one-bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite shower and separate living room/kitchen. You get a freeview Smart TV in both rooms, an oven and induction hob for cooking, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer (shared). Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. One pet stays free. The property is for non-smokers.
