Horizon is a two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of the Glenmore Centre, sleeping four. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area means you can keep an eye on things while cooking—the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can manage a week's worth of meals and laundry without fuss. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included; parking permits for two cars come with the property.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with its own shower room. The second bedroom contains a zip-and-link super king-size bed, which can be separated into two singles if needed. A separate bathroom with bath and shower serves the rest of the property. French doors from the living area open onto a balcony where you can sit with a view towards the harbour.
Poole Harbour itself is within easy reach—Europe's largest natural harbour, ringed with walking routes and restaurants. Tower Park is nearby for family days out. The Jurassic Coast beaches are close by, as are Bournemouth, Corfe Castle and a string of other attractions across Dorset. No smoking inside the property.

One of the biggest strengths of this care company is the consistency of their carers. We see the same familiar faces each week, which has made a huge difference to my relative’s confidence and wellbeing. Awful, disorganised company. Multiple complaints that the vulnerable neighbour living above me was not receiving adequate care and being left for long periods causing multiple falls, police call outs and hospital admissions. Company could not even communicate effectively to their own staff and the carers would show up even when the neighbour was admitted to hospital wondering where they are. Carers dumped their waste in my bins because they could not be bothered to walk a few feet down to the ones allocated. Dirty gloves, etc i had to remove myself and report them to the local council for anything to be done. If you love your family and want the best for them please do not use! Huge safeguarding warning!!! CQC really need to wake up to them.
