The enclosed lawned garden has furniture and a sitting area, and three parking spaces are available on site.

The property suits families and groups of up to four. Equipment for young children—travel cot, highchair, changing mat and toilet steps—is on hand. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One pet stays free. The area offers immediate access to beaches, Bournemouth's pier and Oceanarium, gardens, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues within the town itself.
