We had a lovely stay, we stayed for 2 nights in several rooms, the rooms were clean and had the facilities that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The social space with the bar downstairs was a good space to be with family when we weren't in our rooms. We had breakfast in the onsite restaurant on one morning, it was good value for money and plenty of choice. We chose this location as it's about 20 mins from monkey world which we were visiting, there is not much that is walkable in the close vicinity but Poole is a short drive. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. The only minor thing I could find was in the room, the skirting needed dusting but otherwise it was very clean.

Perfect location with free parking. All of the staff here were amazing, breakfast time was like watching the game "diner dash"with the staff meeting greeting clearing tables all with happy smiles and nothing too much trouble, plenty of well cooked food available too. Lovely clean quiet rooms peaceful and relaxing as expected. Thank you all we shall definitely return, really appreciated your efforts to ensure we had an amazing stay.

Large modern hotel, a couple of miles from the town centre and Quay, next to a technology park. Don't forget to register your car at the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a bright and nicely decorated smallish restaurant/bar, with a limited menu. Breakfast is the usual buffet selection of hot and cold food, that seems to be the norm these days.

Its first time experienced with Premier inn..!! Its worth it!! I was booked standard family room. But they provide room with air-conditioning. It was hot weather over 29-30*. Really enjoyed my stay. Was good choice of unlimited breakfast. Also they have restaurant served lovely dinner. Good choice of menu's. Good staffs!! Definitely visit again!!!
