We had a really wonderful stay and our host Verity was very friendly. Glamping pods well set out and comfortable. We loved that our yurt Orchid was nice and enclosed away from the shared areas but everything is still close by. Lovely atmosphere with the wild playground and mud kitchen for kids. Outdoor kitchen kitted out and the shower was always hot. Composting toilets perfectly fine! Loved the farm animals close by and being in a good location to visit local attractions and the beach too. Will be booking again!

Had a fantastic week and one of the yurts. Verity was fantastic, making sure we had all we needed. The outdoor kitchen was great and the yurt we stayed in was very comfortable. Plenty for us and the kids to do nearby. Will definitely be back again 😁

We had a wonderful three nights at Mountain Cottage Yurts. The setting was magical for our kids (aged 2 and 4), without being hard work for us as adults. The tea kitchen was the perfect mix of an indoor and outdoor - even when it was torrentially raining we had plenty of space to play. Our yurt itself was roomy and had everything we needed; our 2 year old particuarly enjoyed having door handles at his level - "my open door". The toilets and shower were also great. The children also loved the mud kitchen (we almost ran out of clean clothes as a result), the play structures, roasting marshmallows at a safe distance in the fire pit and especially getting to feed the goats milk on the final morning! We honestly cannot think about anything that could have improved our stay, this was an amazing space. Thank you so much
