What visitors say
Great park with lots of fun activities, including mats and rings. I'd recommend bringing your own ring if you have them, as they can be in high demand. Unfortunately, there was a family who repeatedly jumped the queue, and most of the young lifeguards didn't seem confident enough to deal with the situation. Only one lifeguard spoke up, but the family responded by being very rude and swearing at her. It gets very busy. My son also bumped his head while playing. The staff provided him with an ice pack, and I checked him over afterwards. Thankfully, he was okay.

I really enjoyed visiting Splashdown today. We booked online and we're a few minutes late. I called ahead to make them aware, they had no issues with that which was good. Great vibes, great slides and nice layout inside and out. Didn't have to wait too long for queues. Only issues was none of the clocks were working that I saw in there. Also one of the slides scraped my back after coming out into the water bit. I let a staff member know which seemed like they were aware of which slide it was.

Had a recent visit to Splashdown and overall it was really enjoyable. There was a short wait to get in but other than that entry was straightforward. Although it was the summer holidays and was busy, it didn't seem like you were waiting around for ages to get onto a slide and the queueing was pretty painless. Changing facilities were a bit aged but were very clean and there were constantly people cleaning them. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our kids really enjoyed their visit to Splashdown in Poole. There are plenty of fun activities and slides to keep children entertained, making it a great family day out. However, the indoor areas look quite old and could benefit from some refurbishment and better maintenance. It would be great to see investment in more modern facilities and technology to bring the venue up to the standard of newer European water parks. Overall, a fun experience for the kids, but the facilities could definitely be improved.
