The immediate area is quiet and residential, with the development itself featuring landscaped communal grounds and concierge service.

Ocean Venture is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the ground floor, sleeping two. The living space is open-plan, with a lounge, breakfast bar, and full-height glazed doors that open onto a large terrace with garden furniture. A sliding wall lets you close off the bedroom for privacy or keep everything connected. The bedroom has a king-size bed and fitted storage. The ensuite is a walk-in wet room with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher—plus a coffee machine. A 43-inch Smart TV, WiFi, bed linen, towels, and electricity are all included. There is on-road parking, and a shared washing machine and tumble dryer available to guests. No smoking throughout.
