Fifty yards from the clifftop and a Blue Flag beach, Pinecliffe puts you within seconds of the coast. The apartment occupies the first floor of a building in this stretch of Bournemouth's shoreline, with a balcony catching distant views across the water and direct access to the promenade below.

Inside, an open-plan living area combines the kitchen and sitting space, where you'll find a TV, DVD player, and a kitchen equipped for real cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine included. One bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), the other two singles (3ft each). The bathroom contains a bath with shower over. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and heating are all covered. There's parking for one car on site and the shops are half a mile away, with a pub at 600 yards.

Bournemouth town centre lies within reach for its restaurants, cafés and gardens. The New Forest National Park is a short drive, offering villages, woodland and free-roaming ponies. Christchurch with its river walks and Mudeford quayside for crabbing are also nearby. The flat does not permit smoking.
