Poole Quay spreads below this third-floor apartment, where the harbour's activity and light define the space. The private balcony frames views of boats and water; the open-plan living area flows directly onto it through patio doors, so the quay becomes an extension of where you sit and eat. Kitchen facilities—induction hob, oven, dishwasher—let you cook properly, and underfloor heating keeps the place warm year-round.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower. The second offers either a zip-and-link super-king or twin singles. A family bathroom with bath and shower serves both rooms. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered; parking permit for one car is included. No smoking throughout.

The quay itself has restaurants, pubs and shops within steps. Poole Museum and boat trips to Brownsea Island are close by. Sandbanks beach and Studland are a short drive; Bournemouth seafront is also easily reached.
