The living room has views across Whitecliff Park and Poole Harbour through large windows, with a 50-inch Smart TV for Freeview. A fully equipped kitchen/dining room means you can cook properly, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower; the second bedroom contains two single beds. A separate bathroom with double shower completes the layout. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are included. The rear garden is mainly decking with furniture—a straightforward spot to sit outside.

Location-wise, you're a short walk from Whitecliff Park, with paths through to Poole Park where Rockley Watersports rents kayaks, paddleboards and dinghies by the hour, and tennis is available. Baiter Park nearby has a skate park and jet ski tours to Old Harry Rock. The blue flag beaches at Sandbanks are a five-minute drive. Restaurants cluster around Ashley Cross, Lilliput and Canford Cliffs. A coastal path runs through for walking or cycling along the harbour. The property takes four people and offers private parking for one car. No smoking is permitted. Ashley Cross train station lies two hours from Waterloo.
