Do not stay. There's no way this 4 star. So many better hotels in Bournemouth. Inside almost looks like it's a ymca. Decor and carpets discussing. Feet stick to it. Rooms like 1946 WII times.

We were customers of Claremont Hotel,we were surprised not really nicely after first night.We had to leave the room because it wasn't heated at all. We didn't get any towels.When we reported to the owner we were accused for smoking cigarettes and we were ordered to leave the hotel or to pay the penalty fee.We chose to leave the hotel but unfortunately we've been still charged with penalty.We're totally disappointed with service and we consider to talk with a lawyer.

This hotel is not 4 star only can be a gast house not hotel there very but bed and shower you can wash your hier special for personal how have bak pin.the owner is this gast house very rods anything if you need cost Money everything like 50pounds extra I will not recommended to you this gast house...if the owner is rod's think.....

It is classic b&b. Returned from work at 5 pm and room wasn't clean. Room is to small. Small screen TV.
