About The Norfolk Royale Hotel
Rooms at The Norfolk Royale Hotel are generously sized and well kept, each with an en-suite bathroom and some fitted with a fridge, so there's a proper base to come back to after a day out. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available, and while the décor in parts of the hotel leans traditional rather than freshly modern, everything is clean and comfortable. Drinks in room and room service add a bit of convenience for anyone who'd rather not head down to the bar.
The hotel has 95 rooms in total, along with a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, a bar, and a garden with outdoor seating for quieter moments. There's also an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, plus a spa and sauna, making it easy to fill a rainy afternoon without leaving the building. Staff are on hand for luggage storage, laundry service and packed lunches, and the hotel also caters for meetings and weddings. Parking is available on site, and pets are welcome.
Set on Richmond Hill in Bournemouth, the hotel is within easy reach of the beach and town centre, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Walking and cycling routes, golf, fishing and watersports are all close by for anyone wanting to get outdoors, making it a practical spot for exploring Dorset's coast.

Myself and my husband have just returned from a holiday at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, rooms beautiful and very nice food. Obviously a super chef. Unfortunately it was a very wet and windy week but we were fine in the hotel as needed a good rest. The only downside is the position of the hotel on the hill. My husband and I suffer with hip problems and we had to get taxi back up to the hotel as found the hill hard going. Apart from that it was a hotel to be proud of. Thank you for our week.

My parents and a couple of other family members stayed here for a week and raved about the hotel when they came home. They loved the hotel itself and said their rooms were lovely. They thought the food was fantastic and the staff were even better. They received such wonderful service from all the staff while they were there, and the staff went above and beyond when my dad was taken ill and had to go to hospital. They encouraged him to call 111 when he needed it, saved food for him and my mum ready for when they got back late and had missed dinner, and checked in with him during the remainder of the trip. We’re very appreciative of their support!
