We stayed for one night on the bank holiday weekend. It can be a bit stressful traveling with a toddler, but I have to say, the location was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Nauman Tariq at the reception was such a warm and helpful host, making our stay truly enjoyable. When we needed milk for our toddler late at night, he accommodated us wonderfully, which we greatly appreciated. We’re definitely planning to return! I highly recommend this place, especially because of the friendly and attentive staff.

We had dinner at The Orchid tonight and honestly could not recommend it enough. The food was delicious, good portions and came out very quickly! But the service was even better, the waiter (who was also who welcomed us to the hotel) was FANTASTIC! He made sure me and my husband were looked after and checked on us constantly as well as suggested some meals. We loved it and will be back!

It’s nice hotel but i think it’s a little overrated. Rooms and corridors need updating as it feels like you’re in student accommodation. Staff are very helpful and friendly, 5 stars for them.

Mum and I had Afternoon Tea here. It was lovely. The sandwiches were tasty and plenty of them. The cakes were delicious, homemade and fresh. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely visit again.
