About The Moonraker Hotel
The Moonraker Hotel suits travellers who want a calm, no-fuss base for exploring Wiltshire rather than a destination in itself. With free on-site parking and a location on Trowle Common just outside Bradford-on-Avon, it works well for anyone touring the area by car, or for those who fancy setting out on foot or by bike into the surrounding countryside.
There are 23 rooms, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms and the usual comforts of free WiFi and room service. Guests can eat in the restaurant or snack bar, have a drink in the bar or garden, and make use of a picnic area and outdoor seating when the weather allows. Breakfast is served on site, and facilities extend to meeting rooms and a wedding venue for those planning something more formal. Pets are welcome, and luggage storage plus 24-hour reception make arrivals and departures easy.
Nearby options include golf, fishing, watersports, pubs and restaurants, giving guests plenty to fill their days beyond the hotel grounds. It's a practical choice for a straightforward stay in Bradford-on-Avon, particularly for those prioritising convenience and space to park over a boutique experience.
