Stopped here as it was the halfway point on our Journey home. Clean and welcoming environment. Friendly staff and delicious food! What more could you ask for?! My partner was very excited when he found out his coffee was refillable, never experienced that in any other Hungry horse, but that made his day. Brilliant portion sizes as usual. Clean well maintained toilets available. Very reasonably priced. If you need a quick easy delicious meal, this is the place to visit!

Amazing pub with fantastic staff. Always welcomed and have become regular customers. Staff that stand out are Jamie, Mazey and Callum. Always friendly and serve with a friendly and pleasant way. We have been coming to woodlands for many years and they always make us very welcome.

Went in for a family meal catch up, served by claire who was attentive and helpful. Ordered a small tikka and a large tikka, 2x hunters chicken all food was piping hot and just the right portions for us. Would recommend and return

Great pub for a cheapy meal. Always a good deal. Portions good size although it would be great having a small plate option as my mum and myself never finish the food which is a waste. Staff are always friendly.
