Mia Cottage

Mia Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The ground floor is an open-plan living space with a 50-inch television, DVD player and Sky, plus a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one single—and a shower room with heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included, along with ground source central heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The property sleeps three and you have the whole place to yourselves.

Outside, there is a lawned garden with patio furniture and a private hot tub at the front, with dressing gowns provided for guests. The cottage sits within the owner's grounds near Stanbury village in the Pennine hills, accessed via a farm track unsuitable for low vehicles; there are four steps to the entrance. On-site parking is available for two cars, and there is a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The setting suits walkers—Top Withens and Bronte waterfalls are within reach on foot, and The Pennine Way runs nearby. Haworth village, five minutes away by car, has pubs and shops. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
