Aylesbury Lodge

Aylesbury Lodge works well for couples after a relaxing break or families wanting space to spread out. The entire property is yours alone, set on one level with two bedrooms—one kingsize with ensuite, one with two singles and its own shower room—plus a shared living area. Everything you need to self-cater is here: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine; underfloor heating; wifi; bed linen and towels all provided. Outside, an enclosed garden wraps around the lodge with a private hot tub for four and a terrace for sitting out.

Parking for four cars is on site. The setting suits walkers and cyclists keen to explore local footpaths and quiet lanes, with fishing lakes and golf courses within reach. Halstead, a traditional market town with independent shops, cafés, restaurants and a theatre, is a short drive away. The River Colne runs through the town centre, offering riverside walks and access to the park where seasonal events include summer and Christmas fairs. No smoking is permitted inside the lodge.
