English Oak

English Oak is a single-storey property designed around an open-plan layout that flows from living space through to a bedroom, all on ground level. The living area has a smart TV and patio doors that open onto decking, with the kitchen positioned at a breakfast bar. A king-size bed sits in its own defined area, and the shower room is compact but complete. Everything you need for a short break is included: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi.

The garden is the real draw. Your own hot tub sits in a private, enclosed space screened by fencing and planted borders. There's a barbecue, firepit and garden furniture for outdoor meals. On the wider site you'll find a tennis court, games room with pool table and table tennis, and a sauna available by arrangement. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. Parking is private, and there's an electric vehicle charging point if you need it.

Toppesfield Hall sits between Essex and Suffolk in open countryside, with the village pub and shop within walking distance. The setting is quiet and wooded. No smoking is permitted inside.
