The garden is securely fenced. Beyond your own space, the wider estate offers a shared tennis court, games room with pool table and table tennis, and a woodland sauna available by arrangement. There is a step up to the porch. A dog-friendly pub and village shop lie within an eight-minute walk.

The cottage was built by the owners in 2022 on Toppesfield Hall's six-acre grounds. Electric vehicle charging and private parking are available. No smoking inside.
