Woodland Cottages - Copper Beech

Rural Essex on the border with Suffolk provides the setting for Copper Beech, a ground-floor cottage within a small cluster of properties surrounded by open countryside. The village of Toppesfield lies within easy reach on foot, with a pub and shop among its amenities. One bedroom has a king bed; the other has two single beds and a bunk, sleeping six in total. A single shower room serves the accommodation.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a smart TV and French doors opening to the garden. Electric heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a decked patio holds garden furniture, a barbecue and fire pit within the enclosed front garden. The real draw is the private six-person hot tub. Guests also have access to a shared sauna on-site (by prior arrangement), shared tennis courts, and an external games room equipped with pool table, table tennis and darts. One dog is welcome. Parking is provided for two cars, and there is an electric charging point if needed.
