Pond View Loft

Pond View Loft is a first-floor space where you step straight into an open-plan living area flooded with natural light. A sofa and television face large windows framing views across the surrounding fields; French doors lead onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and table. The kitchen sits within the same room, fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge—everything needed to cook properly. A separate bedroom holds a kingsize bed, and the shower room is compact and modern with a heated towel rail.

The property works for two people or a couple with a small child (a travel cot is available). One car can park on site; there is also a shared electric charging point if needed. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A welcome pack arrives with you. The location is rural and quiet, close enough to Sudbury for shops and restaurants but far enough for genuine peace. No smoking indoors. One pet stays free.
