Not a good experience! The security has tried to embarrass me telling me to go downstairs to pay another seat as I’ve moved to transfer to another seat due to the lump post right on my face. I have to climbed one seat apart as I don’t want to disturb left and right side seats where people already have sat down and the show was about to start. The nasty security argued how would I know that the post was right through my face upon booking? It said viewing restrictions but no idea how bad it was. Who the hhhellllll was I paid £25 to see a lump post? The fact that there were plenty of empty seat around! In the contrary. The show and cast of Miss Saigon were fantastic. Leeds theatre was far better than palace theatre in Manchester tbh. But just the security must try to be considerate at times because I had to see him face to face after the show. Please do not try this again

We went to see The Sound of Music - HUGELY impressed by the quality of the production and of the acting and singing. We sat on the front row of the stalls (if you’re a musician I can’t recommend this more) and had an unforgettable time.

It was a lovely experience coming to see Marriage of Figaro, it really enjoyed it. However going in half term was a bit stressful, babies crying, screaming, a child behind me was kicking, talking, coughing in my face, jumping on the seats next to me, laying on the floor etc, it made it a bit of a nightmare as I could not concentrate at all, which was a shame as I felt like its a lot of money to be wasted! The food available was very minimal and very expensive, id definitely prep snacks if youre planning to come. The actors was amazing and I definitely recommend it, just maybe without the not best behaved children!

Honestly, this place isn't exactly a dream for those that like theatre. The seats were a real bummer, they'd wobble and creak with every little movement, which was super distracting. Plus, the legroom was practically nonexistent, making it feel really cramped. Trying to hear anything clearly from the balcony was also a struggle, especially when others were crunching and crinkeling on crisp packets. Also these seats don't have a solid back, meaning someone behind you unknowingly could be kicking you in the back. The toilets are also horrendous, poorly maintained, barely cleaned with the taps barely working or not working at all! Honestly with the ticket prices they charge I'd expect some level of modernisation, at least some WD-40 on the extremely squeaky chairs. It's definitely not the most comfortable or immersive cinema experience.
