Garden Cottage

Garden Cottage suits couples or small families after a quiet base within reach of both seaside and city. The cottage is a short walk from Rottingdean's village green and duck pond, and the undercliff walk begins minutes away. Brighton's centre, Marina and seafront attractions are ten minutes by car or bus, so you have easy access to restaurants, galleries, theatres and the pier without staying in the thick of it.

Inside, there are two bedrooms—a double and a single—and a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs you'll find a living and dining room with a television, and a kitchen equipped to cook proper meals, with an electric cooker, hob, microwave and fridge. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has seating and furniture for sitting out; parking is on site for one small car. The property is non-smoking.

The South Downs are within driving distance for walking or cycling, and there are National Trust properties, gardens and historic sites scattered across East Sussex and West Sussex. Glyndebourne opera house, the Bluebell Railway and various country estates make for good day trips if you want to venture further.
