Happy House

Brighton Marina and the seafront are within easy reach of Happy House, which occupies the Roedean area overlooking a pitch and putt course. The South Downs National Park is also close by, offering straightforward access to walking and cycling routes. The Marina itself has restaurants, a cinema, bowling and a casino all concentrated in one spot, while Brighton Beach lies just a walk away.

The property is yours alone, sleeping four across two bedrooms – a double with sea views and a single with a pull-out bed. The ground floor is open plan, combining the living area, dining space and kitchen; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, the bathroom has a bath with shower over. A raised patio in the front garden has outdoor seating and views across the Channel toward the Marina, with private parking for two cars at the bottom. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Smoking is not permitted.

One dog stays free. Access to the front door is via eight steps.
