What guests say
We had a great stay here, hotel has been recently renovated. There’s aircon, Nespresso machine, huge toilet, very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure could be higher though but just a small thing. Very dog-friendly. No additional charges for dog and free parking. Breakfast was included and very delicious. Will absolutely return some day. There’s a co-op and a superb fish&chips place just a few steps away. 10 minutes drive to Brighton and also 10 minutes drive to Peacehaven for some nice walk along the white chalk cliffs.

We stayed one night on our way to the Seven Sisters Trek. It was an amazing choice and great value for money. The hotel is historical but just underwent recent renovations. We were in room number 2, big enough to fit 3 adults. The staff was so kind and ready to help. Dinner was great: we had meat pie and fish and chips, both delicious. Breakfast was included and was amazing as well. The location is beautiful, with direct sight to the sea! Would definitely recommend for a short stay to anyone driving by!

Everything was perfect for both us and the dog! We had such a fantastic stay! Room was gorgeous, stunning views, bed was comfy ( especially after running a marathon ) shower and bath were perfect! Food was tasty too! It is going through renovations but you wouldn’t be able to tell as the staff are so hospitable and overall the building looks great! Noise was minimal we couldn’t hear much of anything. I’m super fussy with where I stay and honestly this was perfect! We will defiantly be coming again!

Popped in today to try the Thursday steak deal and wasn’t disappointed the food was excellent. Choice of rib eye or fillet. Went for the fillet Steak and it was huge and perfectly cooked. Come with a free drink as well. Would definitely recommend
