Vallance House is a substantial Victorian property on a quiet Hove street, within walking distance of the seafront and the town's restaurants and bars. Built to accommodate groups, it offers five bedrooms across two floors—an emperor bed with ensuite on the first floor, a super king, a king, and two twin rooms, plus a ground-floor twin and additional shower room. Three bathrooms in total means less negotiating over the morning routine.

The ground floor opens into a single living space with a woodburner, dual Smart TVs, and a kitchen fitted with everything needed for proper cooking: double oven, induction hob, American fridge with wine cooler, dishwasher and coffee machine. Patio doors lead to an enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and an outdoor kitchen area complete with fridge, sink and ceramic barbecue. A private hot tub is available by arrangement with the owner.

Parking for two cars sits on the property. The essentials—heating, electricity, linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. A travel cot and highchair are available. The washing machine and tumble dryer are accessible for weekly bookings on request. No smoking is permitted in the house.
