Windsor Court

Windsor Court is a studio flat on the second floor of a building in North Laine Bazaar, a short walk from Churchill Square Shopping Centre and the seafront. The whole space is yours alone. Walking in, you enter an open-plan living area that combines sleeping, eating and cooking in one room, designed to feel spacious despite its compact footprint. A projector and Netflix access are set up for entertainment. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob. Two beds are provided—a pull-out double (4ft 6in) and a pull-out single (3ft)—which means the room adapts to how you want to use it. A separate shower room completes the layout.

Essentials like Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There's a public car park nearby if you need one, though charges apply. The North Laine itself is known for independent shops and cafes, and the beach and pier are within a mile. The flat is no-smoking, and check-in is after 3pm, check-out before 11am.
