First time visiting from Yorkshire. Whilst the place was a total sweat box in this heat, the staff were lovely, just need someone a little more permanent/ on hand in the bar area to keep the water flowing, waiting was a little too long. Juice for this kids to cool down, was appreciated; very well run games and a stack of fun for all the family….. recommended.

Our birthday group had a blast here playing Laser Combat, everyone thought it was fantastic. The sign up process was clear enough and the instructor was thorough, polite and welcoming. The arena is an excellent size with lots of hiding places and places to snipe from over two levels. My own suggestions to improve on this would be to have some music on entry to the reception area and more energetic soundtrack to accompany the atmospheric sounds when the action starts in the arena. A bit of maintenance on the packs to prevent dodgy on off switches, lights and the odd undone buckle. Lastly I hope you get yourself a computer upgrade soon to reinstate games that we've played in the past such as the viral infection game! Overall though a very happy a positive experience, we'll be back for the Karting side of things next.

Attended for the first time today as a family of 4. It was only us and one other family of 4 which was quite nice. Overall we all had a great time. The games were fun, the venue inside the arena was fun, plenty of places to hide and go up and downstairs. It was a great laugh and would definitely do it again. I would recommend for anyone looking to have fun.

Such a lovely welcoming place. Friendly staff. My kids had great fun watching karting and doing laser tag. The man beind the laser tag desk went above and beyond, hes an asset to your company. Thank you will come again
