What visitors say
I have been to this bowling alley for many years! It’s always been my favourite place to go and especially the way it’s family friendly and even though they have upgraded the building compared to what it looked like before many years ago, they’ve done an incredible job as there’s even more things to do there now with new activities and I love how they have an escape room and laser quest too!

I am not much of a fan of bowling but my nephew loves it so I took him here. He had a great time and because he enjoyed it I enjoyed it as well. The place has six pool tables and a decent arcade area which kept him busy between games. It is an easy fun place to spend a couple of hours and the staff were friendly.

Very poor experience. There were lots of empty alleys where we would have space for our 2 young girls to bowl ( 7 and 4 ). Instead we were put next to a group of about 10 people who couldn't give a f about anyone else needing any space. My girls and their mum were the only people bowling. They'd only had a couple of turns each (literally) when some of the older children ( around 15/16 y.o ) stepped across the alley as my eldest was carrying her bowling ball to the lane to throw and she tripped up trying to avoid other people moving over into our lane and hurt her knee. Whilst trying to tend to her they began treating the place as if they owned it. The younger kids were all running around our seating area climbing over the machines which return the balls like a pack of wild animals. Obviously enough was enough by that point, so we went and asked for a refund for our games. We were refused our money back - initially because we had ordered food, so we said ok, we will sit down over in the bar area and eat, but we want our games refunded. We were then refused a refund on the games, and told we were only allowed a voucher. Next, the food we are then told. Has not been brought to us at the bar area, but has instead been left on the lane we were playing - unattended. My fiancee went to go and collected it, and you guessed it, there were already bite marks taken out of one of the burgers. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Disgusting policies - according to the manager - who had so far failed to give me his name. They have a no refund policy. Honestly, we have been to Hollywood bowl numerous times and never had this problem. We will NEVER be coming back here again, will NEVER recommend this place to anyone

We went on a Tuesday night with a group of 7 and had a great games night. We played on the arcade games, laser tag, bowling and ping pong. Tried out some VR games, which was fabulous. The prrices were competitive as they had an offer of 50% off bowling and selected drinks. The venue was clean and staff couldn't do more for us. We will definitely return to try out the escape room, karaoke room and pool.
