What guests say
I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol South, and I want to personally recognise both Demi and Jessica on the reception desk for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check in was smooth and efficient, but what really stood out was how they both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after during my stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble, every request was handled quickly, politely, and with a positive attitude. What made the experience special was the sincerity of their customer service. They took the time to listen, showed real care, and made me feel valued as a guest rather than just another booking. It is rare these days to come across staff who clearly take pride in their work, and Demi and Jessica are a credit to the hotel. Because of them, my stay was genuinely enjoyable and stress free. Their professionalism and friendliness really set the tone for the whole visit, and it is the main reason I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others. I hope management recognises the high standard they maintain. They both truly deserve praise for the level of service they provide. Thank you again, Demi and Jessica, for making my stay such a pleasant one.

Beautiful property located just outside a very small town. Spa is ok, could be better. Nevertheless we enjoyed our time and stay there. The only thing I didn’t like is that they have just one restaurant with a very small menu. Apart from this I think it’s a perfect getaway place from the busy London life.

A really nice hotel which I have used a few times. Staff friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Non requested wake up calls but a complimentary drink provided eased the lack of sleep some what. Restaurant is very nice and service is good but addition of service charge i dont agree with. Dirty pint glass but used my water glass for drink.

People are not quiet in the halls walking to their rooms. Lots of loud talking, even someone singing louding in the shower at 10 at night. That people over half the floor heard. The staff are great, brilliant help with allergies and fussy eaters at the restaurant. Managed to fit in for a facial, bliss. May try the pool and sauna tomorrow, before the children are allowed in after 10.30am, as this is also a family oriented hotel. It also does beautiful wedding events, yesterday we arrived to the evening dancing, away front the room, music until 12.00. While this afternoon there is a beautiful outside wedding ceremony happening in a Gazzebo.
