I have not used the hotel itself, but went in to check out their gym. The area was clean, comfortable, and the staff welcoming. I liked the gym which was I was looking for. The facilities are excellent, with a wide range of modern equipment and a great atmosphere to work out in. I wasn't expecting much after visiting a couple of other gyms in the area, but Village Gym really exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Leah, who made the whole experience even better. She was welcoming, approachable, and very knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic experience.

What an incredible experience from start to finish! The venue is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully presented, creating a fantastic atmosphere that all of our guests enjoyed. The service was exceptional throughout the event. A special thank you to Lottie for her brilliant customer service and for making the planning process so smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach were truly appreciated. We would also like to give a huge thank you to Theo and Ava, who were amazing hosts on the day. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly and catered to our every need with a smile. Their attentiveness and dedication made the event feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to host our celebration. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stunning venue and outstanding service. For an amazing experience Ask for Ellie! I just did a tour of the gym at The Village Hotel, and it is absolutely awesome! A massive shoutout to Ellie, who looked after us today. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating. She answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable that we signed up for our gym memberships right on the spot today! If you are thinking about visiting the Village Gym or want to start your fitness journey, I highly, highly recommend asking for Ellie. She’s the absolute best!

Would have been a full house of stars if it wasn't for the lack of fridge in the rooms, weather has been extremely hot during my stay. Unfortunately no real way of keeping food or drinks cold. Anyway, what a wonderful hotel, upbeat, friendly staff. A young team leader who covers the breakfast shifts called Rosie/Rosy was amazing, very friendly, attentive, her professionalism and willingness to cater for all the guests was commendable. 5***** The hotel and surrounding area is well equipped, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very pleasant visit.
