Archie’s Barn

A converted barn with character built in—exposed beams and vaulted ceilings run through this single-storey property, creating an airy feel across the open-plan living spaces. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and full cooking facilities; the dining area and sitting room each have a wood burner for colder months. Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 people: a king with ensuite, another king, a twin room and a bunk room. There are 2 bathrooms plus a second living area with its own smart TV and wood burner.

Everything is on one level and reached by a single step. The large rear courtyard has a terrace, BBQ and garden furniture; there's also a front lawn and a children's play area. Parking for 4 cars is on site. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; initial wood fuel is provided in winter months. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking.

The barn sits down a long unmade drive through countryside and woodland where you might spot deer, hares or pheasants. It suits larger family groups wanting rural seclusion but with everyday amenities within reach and North Norfolk Coast and Broads National Park nearby for exploring.
