Larks Rise
Broadland
Larks Rise is a five-bedroom farmhouse on one floor in Broadland, sleeping up to 10 people. Everything needed for a self-catering stay comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room with an extra fridge-freezer and washing machine. A woodburner in the living area provides additional warmth in winter, with the initial fuel included.
Bedrooms comprise two kingsize beds, two doubles, and a pair of singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one with a bath and one with a shower cubicle. The open-plan living and dining space means groups can gather together easily. Outside, an enclosed garden with a summerhouse, seating areas and a charcoal barbecue opens up in warmer months. Private parking is available for up to seven cars on site. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost.
The location puts you within reach of the Norfolk Broads, the North Norfolk Coast, and Norwich. A pub, sandy beaches and local attractions are all nearby. No smoking indoors.
