The entire ground-floor space flows in one open plan: a living area with woodburner and flexible sleeping (a double sofa bed plus two single futons), a separate kingsize bedroom, dining area, and a shower room with walk-in enclosure. A well-equipped kitchen lets you cook from home. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, along with initial logs for the woodburner.

Outside is where the property distinguishes itself. A private hot tub sits on the lawned garden, alongside a firepit, terrace and garden furniture. The site has its own parking for two cars and sits under almost no light pollution, making the Norfolk sky unusually clear at night. Walking and cycling routes start from the door; Acle and Brundall, each a few miles away, have pubs, shops and railway stations.
