Hemblington Hall

Hemblington Hall comes fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly rather than make do. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. There's a wood burner in the living room, a cot and highchair if needed, and a welcome pack on arrival. The outdoor heated swimming pool operates from 10:00 to 18:00 between April and October; it's shared with the owner and measures 5m by 10m.

The house itself is a period property dating from around 1690, now refurbished as holiday accommodation. Ground floor has a living room with woodburner, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast area. The first floor bedroom is a super kingsize with sofa bed (for children), and there's a full bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor attic bedroom holds four single beds and has a shower room. The property sleeps 8 in total. A sweeping staircase and high ceilings give the place genuine character, and large windows let in plenty of light.

Outside, there's a front garden with furniture and a BBQ, a children's play area, and private parking for four cars. An electric socket is available for charging hybrid vehicles. The setting is countryside with views over rolling fields. No smoking is permitted inside. Check-in is after 17:00 and checkout before 10:00.
