Braydeston House is a detached property that can sleep up to 14 guests, making it suitable for large family gatherings, multi-generational holidays or groups of friends. The house has seven bedrooms across two floors: a ground-floor double with French doors to the garden and en-suite, three first-floor doubles and kingsize beds, three further bedrooms with single beds, and four bathrooms with baths or showers. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included, along with initial fuel for the open fire and woodburner.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric range, dishwasher and breakfast area, with a utility room containing a microwave, washing machine and freezer for practicalities. A separate living room with woodburner and second lounge provide space to spread out, while the conservatory opens onto the garden. Outside, there is a private hot tub for six, a lawned garden with patio and barbecue, and parking for five cars. One well-behaved dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Note that the garden contains a raised, unfenced pond.
From here, Norfolk's coast and the Broads are within reach for days out, though the enclosed gardens and indoor spaces mean there is plenty to occupy a large group on site. The nearest landmark of note is Braydeston House itself.
